The Variety

Faddas White is a highly productive, hot pepper variety developed by Italian breeder Giancarlo Fadda. A cross between a White Ghost and Ghost Jami Yaki, it produces thick-walled, creamy-white pods with a citrusy, floral flavor and intense heat estimated between 450,000 and 800,000+ SHU

Flavor & Heat

Fadda’s White delivers intense, high-level heat paired with a bright citrusy and floral flavor. Despite its extreme heat, it maintains a noticeable fruit-forward character.

Often described as "fruity with a sharp edge," it is well suited for white hot sauces, salsas, and applications where both flavor and heat are meant to stand out.

Garden Notes

Plant outdoors only after temperatures are consistently warm. Like other Capsicum chinense varieties, Fadda’s White requires a long, warm growing season to reach full potential.

Plants are highly productive and may benefit from staking due to the weight of thick-walled fruits. Suitable for garden beds, raised beds, and containers in warm environments.

🌱 Before You Plant

🌱 Check Night Time Temps

Peppers are warm-season plants and need heat to thrive.

Do not plant outdoors until after the danger of frost has passed and nighttime temperatures stay consistently mild.

Planting too early can slow growth and delay your harvest. Give peppers full sun, warm soil, and a little patience — they’ll take off when the season is right.
